Bills are always due on the 10th of the month.
Disconnection for unpaid water bills can occur on or after the 20th of the month.
If you are in need of an extension or a payment arrangement/plan do NOT contact the billing office. You must contact the manager's office.
All disconnections are done by the manager's office. Therefore, if you are without water for any reason, please contact the on-site manager's office.
